DEKRA America's objective is the represents DEKRA's global mission in North America. To do so, DEKRA America established unbiased safety and emission test stations in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas Texas, with the focus to make the compulsory State Emission Inspection in Georgia and the State Emission and Safety Inspection in Texas in the most convenient, quick and courteous environment possible. A key for that service is DEKRA's independence from the repair business and professional dedication to the inspection in our test only stations. In 2009 DEKRA launched its new division DEKRA Commercial Fleet Performance Systems (CFPS). DEKRA CFPS is the first Inspection Service Provider for CheckMark (a licensee of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, or CVSA) and provides safety and quality inspections to commercial vehicles in North America.
