With SafetyScan services, Commercial Fleet Performance Systems offers a range of services to fleets, from our standard annual "DOT" inspection, to fully customized inspections developed with your safety and maintenance staffs, reflecting your fleet's specific needs.

In between, we offer the CFPS SafetyScan "393" inspection, a comprehensive inspection based on Section 393 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, covering every component referenced in it. Periodically undergoing and passing this inspection creates a barrier to roadside inspection violations and out-of-service judgments that affect your CSA Vehicle Maintenance BASIC rating, and improves your fleet's overall operations and economics.



CFPS also offers an inspection program targeted directly at Compliance, Safety, and Accountability (CSA) Vehicle Maintenance BASIC, called the SafetyScan CSA SafeKey inspection. SafetyScan CSA SafeKey is designed to give carriers a real time, turnkey system for identifying key CSA equipment issues before they impact carriers' CSA scores.

We also offer custom inspection programs tailored to your specific fleet or segment needs (for example, the Intermodal, LTL, or other industry segments).
