I had a very pleasant experience at this emissions check facility. I had to get an emissions check done and the only day I could do it was a Sunday. Right when I got there, the station manager came out to greet me and performed the emissions test. He was a very nice man and had a conversation with me while he ran the test. Overall, I felt like this was the best emissions test experience that I've ever had, I will definitely be returning. I will be recommending this station to people so that they know that such a great place exists!

I have a foreign made vehicle that was imported into the US (by a dealer). I went to another emissions testing station and after one hour, I was told they were unable to administer the emissions check. They could not figure out how to input the information into the computer system. Thankfully, I then went to Dekra on Atlanta Road in Smyrna and Ken Arberg came to the rescue. He assured me he would be able to administer the test and he was right. It took a little more effort - but my vehicle was tested (and passed) and I was out of there in record time. I will never go to another testing facility. Dekra - is my place from now on and Ken was absolutely the best!

This is the only site we have used for the last 2 -3 yrs. BECAUSE of the customer service! The inspector is ALWAYS smiling, happy, and informative to use with any new rules, etc. We drive past about 3-4 emission stations for the same price and choose to stop at this station because of the inspector. If more inspectors were like him, people wouldn't put off getting their emissions! Thank you,

Your service was great!! The young man that did the testing was courteous and was obviously well trained. The wait time was only a few minutes which helped make it a good experience. Quite honestly I can't think of any thing that would have improved the service.

My service today at DEKRA was exceptional. The entire process took no more than five minutes, and I was in and out, no problem. I noticed there was a customer waiting area, but both times I've gone, I didn't even have to get out of my car. The attendant at the station was very polite and professional. I have recommended this emission check station to friends and will stop here again next year.

My inspector's name was Harry J Norcross and he did an incredible job. The plug in my car was not working and the machine was unable to get a reading so he was able to change the fuse in my car and fix the problem so I didn't have to go to an auto parts store to fix it myself. He definitely went above and beyond and made my experience with DEKRA a very positive one.

While there wasn't an enclosed space with A/C, there was a covered area with chairs and a fan. There are locations in Atlanta where you are left to sit or stand in the sun. The cool green awning attracted me as I drove past after I left the testing location I have used previously. Their equipment was broken, which has happened before. Also there wasn't a line. It seemed that the technology being used by Dekra was a lot more advanced than at some other locations so the test took less time. I didn't have to wait while other service requests (oil changes, etc.) were being handled. The attendant was polite and pleasant. I will definitely return to this location next year without hesitation.

I always have a pleasant experience at this station - and it is even better in the new location! They attendant is very friendly, polite, and nice. It is quick and easy and when my old car failed a few years ago due to the gas cap, I was given info on how to correct it fast, easy and affordably.

I was refered to this station by a fellow employee---so I can only
assume the excellent service that I got is the way this station operates all
the time. Service was EXCELLENT. I have a vehicle that does not require
emission testing until this year. They did not have to tell me they could
have preformed the test and sent me on my way, I would not have known the
difference; but they did tell me and saved me $. I will reccommend this
station to everyone...fair and honest is hard to find and this station rates
110% in both catagories.

I have all 3 cars emission check every year at the Holcomb Bridge location for several years. This is the first time at Jimmy Carter Blvd location; the service is as good as the other location.

I make my ENTIRE family go to this station because it's the quickest one with the cheapest rate. You wouldn't believe how long it takes other stations to complete a simple emission on my car. It's almost like dry cleaning, you just drop off your car and the nice man does everything for you. You wait like 15 minutes then you're done.

Your stations are always clean and your staff is personable and friendly. Another plus is the fact that Dekra accepts all major credit cards. I got lucky this year and didn't have to wait in line. I honestly can't think of an improvement to recommed this year. Keep up the great work!

I have used this DEKRA location for the past 3 or 4 years. The service has always been courteous, professional, and fast. The first few years American Express credit cards were not accepted as a form of payment, but now that they are I can not think of any reasonable way to improve the service.

Everything was great. I didn't have to wait. It was quick. The AC worked in the little waiting room and there was a big fan running outside if I wanted to stand outside. The man who did the inspection was nice and wished me a good day. Couldn't have been better. Thanks!!

I have been going to this location for several years. The same inspector has been working there for a while and he does a great job. I've been to other emissions testing centers in the past and some of those places do not know what they are doing. I've been burned at other testing centers so we will only use this one for our families automobiles. Keep up the good work!

The inspector running the machine explained everything in detail and gave me detailed answers to questions I had pertaining to my car. My car did not pass, so I will have to retake the test again after having work done, but I wasn't upset because of the way your rep answered my questions. I will be taking 2 other cars there this week.
