I love this place. I take my car and my wife's car every year to this station. The techs are great guys, very polite, and quick. That's why I always go back.

While there wasn't an enclosed space with A/C, there was a covered area with chairs and a fan. There are locations in Atlanta where you are left to sit or stand in the sun. The cool green awning attracted me as I drove past after I left the testing location I have used previously. Their equipment was broken, which has happened before. Also there wasn't a line. It seemed that the technology being used by Dekra was a lot more advanced than at some other locations so the test took less time. I didn't have to wait while other service requests (oil changes, etc.) were being handled. The attendant was polite and pleasant. I will definitely return to this location next year without hesitation.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A EMISSION STATION WHERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO POLITE. WE HAVE TO MAKE 3 TRIPS STARTING FEBRUARY TO MAY, EACH TIME THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPS US HAS A SMILE AND KIND WORD TO SAY.

This has to be the speediest Emission Check station that I have ever visited. Your reps are always polite, very cordial and extremely professional. This location is close to my office and I refer all of my coworkers who live in Gwinnett to use this station.

I always have a pleasant experience at this station - and it is even better in the new location! They attendant is very friendly, polite, and nice. It is quick and easy and when my old car failed a few years ago due to the gas cap, I was given info on how to correct it fast, easy and affordably.

I was refered to this station by a fellow employee---so I can only
assume the excellent service that I got is the way this station operates all
the time. Service was EXCELLENT. I have a vehicle that does not require
emission testing until this year. They did not have to tell me they could
have preformed the test and sent me on my way, I would not have known the
difference; but they did tell me and saved me $. I will reccommend this
station to everyone...fair and honest is hard to find and this station rates
110% in both catagories.

I have all 3 cars emission check every year at the Holcomb Bridge location for several years. This is the first time at Jimmy Carter Blvd location; the service is as good as the other location.

I make my ENTIRE family go to this station because it's the quickest one with the cheapest rate. You wouldn't believe how long it takes other stations to complete a simple emission on my car. It's almost like dry cleaning, you just drop off your car and the nice man does everything for you. You wait like 15 minutes then you're done.

Your stations are always clean and your staff is personable and friendly. Another plus is the fact that Dekra accepts all major credit cards. I got lucky this year and didn't have to wait in line. I honestly can't think of an improvement to recommed this year. Keep up the great work!

I have used this DEKRA location for the past 3 or 4 years. The service has always been courteous, professional, and fast. The first few years American Express credit cards were not accepted as a form of payment, but now that they are I can not think of any reasonable way to improve the service.

The person who was on duty Eric Depatie, was businesslike, personable, prompt, and courteous. He was a cut above the usual type of person on duty in emissions stations. The station was clean, organized. I will definitely go back again.

This was certainly the nicest emissions test center I've visited (not inside of a large aluminun shed). The test was completed within a few minutes and I was ready to go.

Everything was great. I didn't have to wait. It was quick. The AC worked in the little waiting room and there was a big fan running outside if I wanted to stand outside. The man who did the inspection was nice and wished me a good day. Couldn't have been better. Thanks!!

I go to this station, which is way out of my way, because of the trust that it will be done correctly and I do not have to worry about getting ripped off. I have 4 vehicles and always take all of them here every year.

I was greeted by the friendly emissions technician at your station! She was courteous and completed the evaluation of my vehicle very quickly. My wife and I have both visited this station before and have been very pleased with the service. We will be back in a few weeks for our 2009 emissions.

I have been going to this location for several years. The same inspector has been working there for a while and he does a great job. I've been to other emissions testing centers in the past and some of those places do not know what they are doing. I've been burned at other testing centers so we will only use this one for our families automobiles. Keep up the good work!

The inspector running the machine explained everything in detail and gave me detailed answers to questions I had pertaining to my car. My car did not pass, so I will have to retake the test again after having work done, but I wasn't upset because of the way your rep answered my questions. I will be taking 2 other cars there this week.
